finish up to 1.2 meters in diameter and 2.5 meters in length
is available with us. Lathe for 4.8 meters long bed and
maximum turning diameter of 1 meter for big jobs. Facilities
for Cabinet shot blasting machine for surface preparation
and Blackening (Cold Process) for surface protection. |

| We have both TIG and MIG welding facilities as
per process requirement. Belt grinding is done using
compressed air pressure to maintain contact and
excellent surface finish. |

| Excellent facilities for chrome plating,
metalising and heat treatment are available as per process
demands. |

Hydraulic power
pack to test different types of tools and cylinders is
available up to 1750 bars. Use of hydraulic and pneumatic
tools is done where ever necessary.
Customized Load cell to specific customer requirement
tested up to 1750 bars.
Lifting gear is available up to 6 tons. Access for trucks
direct into workshop is provided where heavy
equipment can be lifted off.
We have well qualified and technically sound personnel at
managerial level and highly trained and experienced
operators (ITI diploma).
Training is provided by qualified and competent senior
professionals with extensive experience in various types of
industries in different fields like Multi skilling, CNC
operation and Programming, Management, Quality control &
inspection. |
